Commonly used yoga postures, cues, or language may unintentionally cause a student to be triggered, thus potentially leading them to never try yoga again. Current trends and movement practices around embodiment and somatics are equally inept in guiding and
facilitating the correct transference
and processea, often simply leaving
it as 'felt sense'We as yoga teachers
and practitioners know the value of
yoga in reducing stress and anxiety
- and causing student's anxiety and
stress during the yoga practice can
be avoided byimplementing tools
learned during this session.
Participants will leave feeling
more actualised, including
an increased level of understanding
on how to better connect with
